Every Vayra piece is made by hand and packed with equal care. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across [India] and to [select international destinations]. Available delivery locations are shown at checkout. If your area isn’t listed, write to us at info@vayra.com and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within [1–3 business days]. Some handmade or made-to-order pieces need a little longer, which is always noted on the product page. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:
- Domestic (within India): [3–7 business days]
- International: [7–21 business days]
These are estimates and can vary with location, carrier, and season. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery — our default option, within the timeframes above.
- Express Delivery — faster dispatch and priority shipping, where available, selectable at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and shown clearly before you pay. [Orders above $150 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.] Vayra members enjoy free shipping on eligible orders.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to [48 hours] for tracking to become active. You can also view your order status anytime from your account.
Receiving Your Delivery
When your order arrives, please check the packaging before signing. If anything looks damaged in transit, note it with the courier where possible and contact us within [7 days] with photographs so we can make it right quickly.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will usually leave a card and try again or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional charge.
International Deliveries
For orders shipped outside [India], customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total.
