Every Vayra piece is made by hand from natural materials. Small variations in colour, texture, and grain are inherent to handcraft — and part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Care guidance is included with each order and on the product page. In general, hand wash where possible and avoid harsh chemicals to preserve natural finishes.

Yes — for select pieces and larger projects we offer custom finishes and dimensions. Reach out and we’ll prepare a proposal.

You can request a return or exchange within [14 days] of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

We’re sorry! Email us within [7 days] with your order number and photographs, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
